Sen. Cruz: ‘Tax Reform Needs to Cut Taxes for Everybody’

CRUZ: "One of the challenges of tax reform is if you're reducing rates under the current approach in the House they're paying for it by eliminating exemptions, that makes it in many ways more difficult to pass. One of the real virtues of repealing the individual mandate. Number one every Republican in the Senate has voted to repeal the individual mandate, 100 percent of us.
