Major Obama Donor Struggles To Say ‘Hello’ (Washington Free Beacon)

Major Obama fundraiser and US Ambassador to the UK Matthew Barzun posted a video of himself Thursday of him struggling learning to speak Welsh in preparation of a Nato summit next week.

Barzun was a major rainmaker for Obama’s two presidential campaigns, both which netted him plum ambassasorships. He was the former ambassador to Sweden for Obama’s first term before he resigned and went on to become the national financial chair of Obama’s reelection campaign. After the 2012 campaign, he served as a co-chair of the corporately-funded inauguration committee. Barzun has raked in more than $2 million for Obama since 2007.

Bazrun tried ten times to say “hello” in Welsh. “Hello” in Welsh is pronounced “helô.”
