The cabinet is there to represent him.’ It’s this idea that he’s in charge. And he’s not going to listen if he doesn’t want to, to the other people in the room, the experts, the grownups in the room, as we call them. And it’s a little different than if he were disagreeing with somebody in the campaign. What we’re talking about has huge stakes for national security for the people in South Korea and the American people.”
