Last night, Breitbart-backed culture warrior Roy Moore defeated party establishment favorite — and Trump-endorsed (until late Monday night) — Luther Strange in Alabama’s GOP Senate primary, setting the stage for the controversial former judge to take over the Senate seat previously occupied by Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

With Moore’s long list of inflammatory actions and comments now creating an uncomfortable situation for Washington Republicans, MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace lashed out at GOP leaders and politicians, asking who would stand up and publicly state that they aren’t going support Moore.

“I guess the question is,” Wallace said to columnist John Podhoretz during a panel discussion. “Is anyone in the Senate, any Republicans going to say, ‘I don’t want to be in the same party as Roy Moore. I’m not endorsing him or backing him because that could save the Republican’ — you may lose a seat but you might save the Republican Party.”
