Sen. Elizabeth Warren Calls on Yellen to Force out Wells Fargo CEO

‘This is fed’s chance to step up and say whether you cheat consumer when you open fake accounts and force insurance on them they don’t need and charge them money they don’t owe’

RUSH EXCERPT:

WARREN: "There is what gets me we know the federal reserve could remove the board of directors of Wells Fargo I had Janet Yellen in a hearing recently and Sharon Yellen said yes, she acknowledged the fed has the power to do that and look, Janet Yellen is somebody that's gotten out there and talked about the importance of protecting consumers, about the importance of an economy that works well, not for just those at the top but the rest of America. This is fed's chance to step up and say whether you cheat consumer when you open fake accounts and force insurance on them they don't need and charge them money they don't owe. We in the federal reserve are going to say, those who are in charge and are responsible are gone we can't trust you to run a company of this size I really Wands to see the feds step up here they have the power to do it, they need to step up and do it."
