Peter Johnson, Jr.: Captain Johnson Too ‘Emotionally Overcome’ To Be Objective

‘He’s become too close to the situation to be dispassionate and to be objective going forward’

Fox Analyst: Capt. Johnson Too ‘Emotionally Overcome’ to Be Objective (Mediaite)

Fox Legal analyst Peter Johnson, Jr. criticized numerous aspects of the investigation into the shooting death of Michael Brown and the subsequent clashes between police and protestors, telling Fox & Friends Monday morning that the second autopsy ordered by the Justice Department was “absolute garbage” and that Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson, brought in to replace the Ferguson police chief, was emotionally compromised by his ties to the community.

“I think he’s a great police officer,” the Pundit Johnson said of the Captain Johnson. “I think he’s emotionally overcome by the moments and the nights he’s been subjected to. I think he’s become too close to the situation to be dispassionate and to be objective going forward.”
