HAYES: "Your now suing the president, over the ending of DACA. Which is something that's in motion. People should be clear about this. As the negotiations ongo and the legislative effects, that is going along. What is your case for the lawsuit?"
NAPOLITANO: "Our case is that by rescinding DACA, the president violated the administrative procedures act. He violated due process clause of the United States Constitution. He made the wrong decision and he did it wrongly."
