MSNBC: London Police Declare Train Explosion a ‘Terrorist Incident’

SCARBOROUGH: "We are following that breaking news out of London. Police now say the explosion of the Parsons Green tube station was caused by the detonation of an improvised explosive device. Earlier this morning, Metropolitan Police announced they’re treating it as a terror incident. Authorities were called on the scene at 8:28 A.M. local time. These images were posted on Twitter of what is believed to be the source of the incident which purportedly occurred inside a train car. Just a short time ago, Prime Minister Theresa May tweeted, 'My thoughts are with those injured at Parsons Green and emergency services who are responding bravely to this terrorist incident.' President Trump has also weighed in tweeting: 'Another attack in London by a loser terrorist. These are sick and demented people who were in the sights of Scotland Yard. Must be proactive!'"
