HILLARY: "There's different motivators. Most people in my position who have run for office particularly at the state level, senator, governor and certainly my experiences running for president, you don't like to raise this because you don't want people to think you're making excuses, but I wrote a whole chapter about it because if we don't confront it, especially given the words and actions of our current president, it could be a big backlash that will undermine a lot of young women and their own futures. And now we know it's not just in politics, it's in Silicon Valley and businesses of all kinds."
