EXCERPT:

WATTERS: “Sanctuary cities were apparently not enough for politicians in California as the state is now poised to become a sanctuary state. Democratic governor Jerry Brown and the leaders of the State Senate have reportedly reached a deal on legislation that would make it harder for state and local enforcement to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. A vote on the bill is expected later this week. So Juan, if California can say, 'We’re not going to cooperate with ICE,' can California say, 'We’re not going to cooperate with the ATF, with FEMA, with the Secret Service, with the DEA?' Can they just pick and choose which federal agencies they don’t want to cooperate with?"
