Turley: Measures Like DACA Should Not Come from Judicial or Presidential Proclamation

TURLEY: "That’s right. Many of us warned the Democrats that they were creating this type of Uber presidency under President Obama in allowing him to essentially go it alone to take unilateral action. DACA was always a legislative app. It was done by executive proclamation. But he tried to get this program through Congress and failed. And he turned around and decided he would do it himself that’s not an option for a president. This is going back to where it should have remained which is in Congress."
