MSNBC’s Ali Velshi: ‘Climate Change Means We’re Going To Get More Floods,’ ‘Higher Levels of Water’

VELSHI: "We know for instance climate change means we’re going to get more floods and a lot of people think that should take a part in public planning. When you’re bidding for things. That is something this administration has rear versed. You should take into heart the idea of flooding. The other thing to keep in mind is that the government accounting office says 90% of disasters in this country actually involve flooding. Some of it is because people live in things that would be considered flood Zones normally. But that’s not the case with Houston. People there living there didn’t think they were going to flood this way."
