DOWD: Understandably, but I think part of what the problem we’re in today is the belligerent language that he’s used over the last three or four months several months (inaudible), a problem that you discussed earlier that is very difficult.

I actually think we need to reset our entire foreign policy and assume North Korea is a nuclear power and then how do we deter them or how do we contain them. Instead, this continued belligerence.
