CONFESSORE: " I do notice over and over again, I’ve watched him now take five or six swings at a message of support or empathy, and trying as best as he can sometimes, there’s still always something a little off when he says thanks to the first responders, where he says, 'Wow, this is a great crowd.' It’s just not his wave length to do this comforter stuff." 
SCARBOROUGH: "It’s just not." 
BRZEZINSKI: "But I think the reason we’re talking about this is because I think his personality, and maybe even to go a step beyond that, is in question and some argue that there’s something missing or something wrong with it. That’s why people are seeing a big void here." 
SCARBOROUGH: "The reason we're talking about it is because it is so foreign to him." 
BRZEZINSKI: "To be human and empathetic."
