Ted Poe: The Rescue Effort Is ‘Going Very Well’

POE: "Quite well. Everyone is involved. Now the National Guard is involved as well. People are being rescued from their homes and high water. We have helicopters, when they can flying they are flying through out the area, taking people off of roofs. All different agents working to get team in a safe place."
