MSNBC host Ed Schultz employed some strange language to encourage President Obama Wednesday on The Ed Show, echoing former White House adviser David Axelrod and telling Obama to “bring it from your loins.”

“As a liberal, as a broadcaster, I would love to see President Obama do one thing from here on out,” Schultz said. “Forget the Republicans, turn to the midterms, go on the road in every red district in America and tell the truth about what is happening to this country. That it’s not about the people, that the country doesn’t deserve this kind of obstruction. Mr. President, go on the road. Bring it from your loins the way you did to get re-elected, the way it was described by Axelrod.”
