HEMMER: “Some of the Trump team believe that they were using this program to spy on them. Do you believe that happened?” 
MANCHIN: “I have not seen any indication of that whatsoever. I really haven’t. We have the greatest intelligence community in the world. There’s a lot of good ones in different countries, but we are the best. The U.S. Intelligence community is the best in the world. It is a blue ribbon standard that everyone looks towards, and they have done a great job. I have confidence in them, and I believe when they come before me and they give me their testimony, and I think it is extremely accurate, I always found them to be forthright, I am just a great admirer of our intelligence committee.”
