SWALWELL: "Actually, Chris, all of this evidence continues to point in the same direction. And so, I -- I don’t know if it’s a game changer as much as it brings more and more into focus with what we have suspected all along, that the Trump family, their businesses, their campaign and the president himself had deep ties to Russia and it looks like those ties converged with Russia’s efforts to help Donald Trump and to hurt Hillary Clinton. So we must go on but, you know -- honestly, the best way I think to make sure this never happens again, because Robert Mueller is going to do everything he can to make sure if there was a crime committed people will be held accountable but our job is to make sure this never happens again is to have an independent commission."
