KRISTOL: “They might be better off politically passing a bill that’s so unpopular that it will actually become law and go into effect. Then they could say they did their best, it's very complicated. They’ll probably have to do a bipartisan fix with the Democrats of some of the particular problems of the ObamaCare exchanges and then say 'We’ll come back and take a look at it.' At this point, politically, it’s probably the best thing that could happen for the Republicans.”
TAPPER: “To let it die?”
