STAVRIDIS: "We heard the President of the United States say he was honored to meet with Vladimir Putin. Really? A political actor who has killed his opponents, who is supporting a dictator Assad, who has hacked into our electoral system? I think it was a big win for Putin. What I would say about cyber is that this is, in my view, the most significant security threat the United States faces. And not just from Russia. Also from China, where Ambassador Baucus knows quite well the capabilities of the Chinese military, as well as Iran and North Korea. President Trump was playing with fire on this one and he got his fingers burned and came off of it pretty quickly. At least he took the words back."
