On Thursday, Anthony Scaramucci made his first cable news appearance since CNN retracted their story about how he was allegedly under investigation for his ties to Russia.
Scaramucci discussed the scandal on Fox & Friends, where he disputed CNN’s characterization of his meeting with an official from the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) at the World Economic Forum. Scaramucci voiced that “the whole thing was unfair” and it was up to him to stand against the new Washington norm of “politics of personal destruction.”
