Kasie Hunt: There Won’t Be Much Tolerance on the Hill for Trump Undermining Mueller

HUNT: "That's an observation just based on talking to members of Congress on the Hill. I started to kind of try to measure what Donald Trump has said on any given day, what President Trump has said, by how strongly people are willing to react to it. I have to tell you, Bob Mueller has gotten some of the strongest set of defenses from Republicans that any person or issue that has come up. I think that there is not going to be very much tolerance for undermining or questioning his credibility. You have the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley and Dianne Feinstein now talking about potentially including obstruction in their investigation around this, and I think it centers on defending him. Look, this is in many ways an attack on an institution potentially. And I think that might be the difference here for many in the Republican Party."
