GRASSLEY: "I see Republicans blaming Democrats, maybe Democrats blaming Republicans, but we've all got a problem we have to deal with and that is, tone it down a little bit. And -- and it would help if at the White House it was toned down a little bit too. Because people know Congress is a bunch of faces, 535, it doesn't stand out if a Senator Grassley or Senator Klobuchar says something that there ought to be some change made like if the president says there ought to be some change made."
