Kentucky Democratic Senate candidate Alison Lundergan Grimes refused three times to answer whether she supports President Obama’s request for $3.7 billion in emergency funds to deal with unaccompanied minors crossing the border.

Grimes first replied, “I’m going to assess everything when I’m in the United States Senate in the light of ‘is it good for Kentucky?”

“Is this good for Kentucky?” a reporter pressed.
