Sanders: Trump’s Budget Is ‘Grotesquely Immoral’

SANDERS: “Andrea, that budget that Trump has presented is a grotesquely immoral budget. It is a horrific budget. What it says is that if you are the richest person in this country, the richest family, you are going to get over a $50 billion tax break through the repeal of the estate tax. $50 billion tax break for one family! But if you are a low income pregnant woman, you are going to lose nutrition programs for yourself and your baby, kids will be thrown off of Head Start, millions of kids will lose their health insurance, senior citizens will lose perhaps the one nutritious meal a day they get, the Meals on Wheels program, afterschool programs will be cut or eliminated."
