BARRETT: "This is an interesting test for all the people who still work in this business and work for the President. How much are you willing or unwilling to publicly contradict him when the facts are what they are? Obviously we’ve reported that the President reached out to him and asked him to publicly say there was no collusion, and he wouldn’t do that. He didn’t want to talk about it yesterday under oath, and it’s obviously a difficult political situation for him to be in, but the reality is, these questions are going to get answered publicly eventually, and I think it just creates more problems from the administration.”
