TURLEY: "Well, there’s no question that this is a pattern of self-incriminating conduct. Perhaps the first time in history that you find someone so self-incriminating in the absence of a known crime. It’s like a guy running every time a car alarm goes off. You’re sort of wondering why. In this case this is all inappropriate conduct, it's grossly inappropriate. That’s one of the reasons these people are putting these things in these memos and recording the events. When we get back to what the crime is, the code is a little more demanding. I think this is still not there yet in terms of an obstruction case. You don’t have — the question is obstructing what? Right now we didn’t — at this point when this happened, you didn’t have a grand jury that was actively investigating that we know of."
