Kaine Raises Prospect of Trump Committing ‘Obstruction of Justice’

Sen. Tim Kaine (D., Va.) suggested on Wednesday that President Donald Trump may have obstructed justice when he fired former FBI Director James Comey.

CBS "This Morning" host Charlie Rose asked Kaine whether recent news of Trump's involvement with the FBI's investigation into former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn revealed that Trump committed obstruction of justice.
