Darrell Issa gives EPA head Gina McCarthy an education on the US Constitution (No More Cocktails)

At this morning's House Oversight Hearing, Gina McCarthy claimed balance of power concerns as her reason for turning over documents in compliance with a federal subpoena. Issa at that point educated McCarthy on how the power of the EPA is power on loan from the Legislative Branch.
