Ed Markey: ‘We Need To Be Imposing Sanctions Upon the Russians’ Over Syria

MARKEY: "Well, obviously, we would want all parties, all nations to be able to help in isolating North Korea. But at the same time, we’re -- we're in conflict with them in Ukraine and in Crimea, in Syria and -- and ultimately we need to be imposing sanctions upon the Russians as well. Rosoboronexport is the export company that sends the arms into Syria. So we should be having a discussion about imposing sanctions upon the Russians."
