Cardin: I’m Concerned the Senate Intel Committee Will Do a ‘Thorough’ Russia Investigation

BLITZER: “Do you believe your colleagues on the Senate intelligence committee have the resources right now they need to cop duct a thorough investigation?”
CARDIN: “Well, I certainly have concerns as to whether they can do the type of thorough investigation that’s needed. That’s why I called for an independent investigation similar to what we used after the 9/11 attack. We should have a non-partisan full-time investigation done as to what Russia was doing in the United States in order to protect ourselves and the connections to the truck campaign."
