Mr. David M. Overton founded Grand Lux Cafe, LLC in 1999. Mr. Overton co-founded The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated’s predecessor company in 1972. He has been the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cheesecake Factory Incorporated since February 1992. He has been Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Cheesecake Factory Restaurants, Inc., a subsidiary of Cheesecake Factory Incorporated since 1992. Mr. Overton serves as the Chairman of The Cheesecake Factory Bakery Inc.
