election Today based on ░░░░░░░░ developed by that investigation ░░░░░░░░ Fulton County grand jury ░░░░░░░░ a true bill of ░░░░░░░░ charging 19 individuals with ░░░░░░░░ of Georgia law arising ░░░░░░░░ a criminal conspiracy to ░░░░░░░░ the results of the ░░░░░░░░ presidential election in this ░░░░░░░░ The indictment includes 41 ░░░░░░░░ counts and is 97 ░░░░░░░░ long Please remember that ░░░░░░░░ charged in this bill ░░░░░░░░ indictment is presumed innocent ░░░░░░░░ the indictment brings felony ░░░░░░░░ against Donald John Trump ░░░░░░░░ will do a lewis ░░░░░░░░ John charles eastman elsewhere to ░░░░░░░░ the illegal goal of ░░░░░░░░ Donald j Trump to ░░░░░░░░ the presidential term of ░░░░░░░░ beginning on January January ░░░░░░░░ 2021 Specifically the participant ░░░░░░░░ association took various actions ░░░░░░░░ Georgia and elsewhere to ░░░░░░░░ the county of the ░░░░░░░░ of the presidential electors ░░░░░░░░ were certified as the ░░░░░░░░ of Georgia s 2020 ░░░░░░░░ election As you examine ░░░░░░░░ indictment you will see ░░░░░░░░ that are identified as ░░░░░░░░ acts and those that ░░░░░░░░ identified as predicate acts ░░░░░░░░ called acts of racketeering ░░░░░░░░ Overt acts are not ░░░░░░░░ crimes under Georgia law ░░░░░░░░ isolation but are alleged ░░░░░░░░ be acts taken in ░░░░░░░░ of the conspiracy Many ░░░░░░░░ in Georgia And some ░░░░░░░░ in believe that ░░░░░░░░ of an election are ░░░░░░░░ whether because of intentional ░░░░░░░░ or unintentional error to ░░░░░░░░ those results in our ░░░░░░░░ The indictment alleges that ░░░░░░░░ than abide by Georgia ░░░░░░░░ legal process for election ░░░░░░░░ the defendants engaged in ░░░░░░░░ criminal racketeering enterprise to ░░░░░░░░ Georgia s presidential election ░░░░░░░░ Subsequent to the indictment ░░░░░░░░ is the normal process ░░░░░░░░ Georgia law the grand ░░░░░░░░ issued arrest warrants for ░░░░░░░░ who are charged I ░░░░░░░░ giving the defendants the ░░░░░░░░ to voluntarily surrender no ░░░░░░░░ than noon on Friday ░░░░░░░░ 25th day of August ░░░░░░░░ I remind everyone here ░░░░░░░░ an indictment is only ░░░░░░░░ series of allegations based ░░░░░░░░ a grand jury s
