Former Bush advisor Karl Rove sparked controversy when he recently questioned whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton suffered cognitive damage as a result of a fall she suffered in 2012. Asked to react to that comment on Tuesday, White House Press Sec. Jay Carney said that Rove’s inability to recognize President Barack Obama had won the state of Ohio on election night calls into question his own cognitive faculties.
