Oliver North lambasted the Obama administration for leaving Eastern Europe “bereft of leadership” Wednesday on Hannity.
The former Reagan administration official said Putin was “handed” Ukraine by a vacuum created by President Obama, who North called “Jimmy Carter on steroids.”
North added he does not advocate sending American troops to settle civil wars in the Middle East or the protests in Ukraine, but the lack of American credibility in these regions is indicative of a “total failure of leadership” by President Obama:
