CBS: Obamacare Delayed Again (Washington Free Beacon)

Businesses across America have received a delay to comply with the Obamacare mandate that they must provide health insurance to their employees.

For the second year, the Obama administration has delayed the mandate for businesses with 50 to 99 employees to provide health insurance or face a fine. The mandate was to start in January 2015, but has been delayed to begin in January 2016. This new delayed mandate will affect 115,000 businesses.

The administration has also issued another large delay: businesses with more than 100 employees must provide health insurance in 2015 to 70 percent of their workforce, instead of the 95 percent originally required. This delay will affect about 100,000 businesses.
