The former secretary did say she in hindsight would have asked ‘different questions’ in mid-September

Sebelius: ‘I Don’t’ Have Any Regrets as HHS Secretary (National Review Online)

While she wishes she would have done some things differently prior to the bungled launch of HealthCare.gov, Kathleen Sebelius said she has no regrets from her time as Health and Human Services secretary.

“I don’t,” Sebelius, who resigned earlier this week, said to NBC’s Andrea Mitchell on Sunday in response to if she had any regrets. “If I had a magic wand, and could go back to mid-September and ask different questions based on what I know now — I thought I was getting the best information.”
