Holder was referring to Gohmert’s infamous “don’t cast aspersions on my asparagus” quote

GOHMERT: "Let me ask you, do you think someone who believes marriage between a man and a woman violates the civil rights of a same-sex couple?"
HOLDER: "Somebody's personal belief?"
GOHMERT: "Yes."
HOLDER: "No."
GOHMERT: "How about if they have a business and they believe that?"
HOLDER: "If they have a business? Does -- if a business has a --"
GOHMERT: "If they have a private business, and the owners of a private business and they believe marriage is between a man and a woman, are they violating a same-sex couple's civil rights in your opinion?"

CHAIRMAN: "The time of the gentleman has expired."
GOHMERT: "Unfortunately."
CHAIRMAN: "The chair recognizes the gentleman --"
HOLDER: "Good luck with your asparagus."
CHAIRMAN: "The chair recognizes the gentleman from Florida, Mr. Duetsch, for five minutes."
