White House Expects ‘Well Over 6 Million’ People to Sign Up for ObamaCare

ObamaCare Enrollments: White House says 6 million signed up for coverage (Politico)

White House adviser Phil Schiliro predicted Thursday that enrollment in the Obamacare insurance exchanges will top 6 million.

“I think we’re going to be over 6 million. I think we’re going to be well over 6 million,” he said on MSNBC.

Officials have reported high website traffic and call center volume. The deadline is March 31 although the administration said it will stretch that out for anyone who says they encountered troubles finishing their application on time.
