It was a scramble for the state to get the new health insurance marketplace ready to open for today and organizers warn that there could be some bugs in the system.
Access Health CT, the state’s official online health insurance exchange, officially launched today.
You can enroll by telephone at 1-855-805-4325. Phone lines opened at 8 a.m. and 1,700 people called.
