But what I’ve seen in the president lately, frankly, is listening to his advisers, a lot more restraint on foreign policy, and it’s like he’s accepting the mantle and understanding, look, his words and deeds have a huge impact, and I just got back from Europe and I’ll tell you our allies were thrilled on the strike in Syria because they said America has taken its role back in the Middle East, and we’ve stood and actually enforced the red line that said chemical weapons don’t have a place here."
