EXCERPT:

NORTH: "The single objective was to kill as many of the enemy as you could without harming civilians. It was the right weapon for the right place and for the right enemy. You couldn't use this weapon in North Korea or to go after an air base that is surrounded by civilians in Syria. That weapon was exactly the right weapon to use for that particular mission. And I think that's the kind of thing that people ought to look at. That is a message to hostile powers. They know that you couldn't get a transport aircraft through their anti-aircraft and through their fighters. So that is not a threat to the folks in North Korea or the folks in Damascus, it's not even a threat to anybody else. It was the right weapon to use in the right place. The most important part of all of that is they now know this is a president who means what he says when he says we are going to strike back. If I was in Pyongyang right now, I'd be looking for a bomb shelter."
