HUCKABEE: "It was the Obama administration that said there would be a red line then there wasn't -- Russia moved in. The Obama Administration that did nothing when Russia invaded Crimea. I can go on. But it was the Trump administration that when face with the reality of gas they sent Tomahawk missile. They didn't bark about it. They didn't make a big announcement about it. They just lit up the sky in Syria and said we aren't going to tolerate it. Now, who -- who is it that Russia is more afraid of? Somebody who sends them a strongly worded letter or somebody who will send a Tomahawk missile straight onto a runway?"
