Stories of White House infighting and “palace intrigue” began percolating from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue almost since day 1 of the Trump presidency.
On New Day this morning, co-host Chris Cuomo addressed the latest power struggle, allegedly between White House chief strategist Steve Bannon and Trump son-in-law Jared Kushner.
“There’s a little bit of palace intrigue in every palace, including the White House but this has been a lot, and a lot very early,” said pundit firebrand Ana Navarro. “That to me look a little bit like House of Cards slash the Keystone Cops slash The Three Stooges because sometimes they’re just running into each other.”
