Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro on Thursday's airing of "The O'Reilly Factor" defended President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Judge Neil Gorsuch, pushing back against Sen. Elizabeth Warren's (D., Mass.) criticism of him.
Gorsuch was confirmed on Friday after Senate Republicans used the "nuclear option" on Thursday to break the Democratic filibuster. Republicans applied the nuclear option move after Democrats blocked Gorsuch's nomination under the previous 60-vote threshold for Supreme Court.
Warren publicly denounced Gorsuch's nomination, calling it "crazy" to consider Trump's nominee while the president's campaign is undergoing an investigation.
