McCONNELL: "Well, we are going to confirm Judge Gorsuch on Friday. Exactly how that occurs, I guess will depend on the Democratic friends." 
PERINO: "Do you think there is any chance that the Democratic friends would change their minds at this point?" 
McCONNELL: "It doesn’t appear that way. It looks like they are pretty locked in."
