SCARBOROUGH: "But as far as on the battle left or right, Donald Trump seizes on conservative resentment, Republican resentment by being temperamentally outrageous, and yet ideologically he’s all over the place. He won’t touch entitlements, won’t touch 65 percent of the budget. He’s going to take a $20 trillion national debt and turn it into a $35 trillion national debt. He’s not a conservative, he's never been a conservative. His foreign policy isn’t conservative. He has completely trashed every foreign policy treaty that we’ve had put in place by Republican and Democratic administrations post-World War II. This guy is not a conservative."
