TODD: "I have no idea how they can have a successful trip to Russia under any circumstance as a reflection here back at home, I mean, United States. It is -- it is to me a trip that is fraught with peril. That said, the whole point of hiring Rex Tillerson was -- he was supposed to be somebody that could deal with rogue actors.
