Rove: Sally Yates’ Attorney Was ‘Irresponsible’ for Alleging the Trump W.H. Blocked the Hearing

‘I thought that was an example of how partisan this has become’

EXCERPT:

ROVE: "I think Devin Nunes, the chairman of the committee wants to have the next hearing be the hearing that is off the record in closed session with Comey, the head of the FBI, and Rogers, head of the National Security Agency. And until that happens, which appears to be there is some reluctance by the two principals to come back quickly in a private session, they want to get fully briefed up, until that happens, he doesn’t want other things to go on. He thinks that is the body of information that should inform both the majority and the minority on the committee, and the Democrats are immediately jumping into it. I thought that the attorney for former acting Attorney General Sally Yates, an Obama appointee, I thought her attorney was irresponsible by alleging that the Trump White House was the reason why that hearing was canceled, and the Trump White House said, 'We have no problem at all with such hearing.' I thought that was an example of how partisan this has become."
