Krauthammer: Civilian Casualties in Mosul ‘Always Exaggerated’; ISIS Does It Deliberately

‘ISIS does this deliberately because it knows the effect it has’

EXCERPT:

BREAM: “And on another front we heard from our own Lucas Tomlinson reporting from the Pentagon, 200 U.S. Troops now heading over into Mosul. It's an ugly fight there, Charles, but they say they are making progress.”
KRAUTHAMMER: “Yeah, and we have the usual story about the civilian casualties, which are always exaggerated, played up. It can happen, it does happen, this is warfare inside of the city. ISIS does this deliberately because it knows the effect it has. In the end, the Iraqis will succeed and it will be a wasteland, what will be left of Mosul. But the question is, who goes in afterwards?"
